4. Tools
The calculators are provided as a convenience. They perform arithmetic on figures you supply and run entirely in your browser. 13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in force. These terms, together with our privacy policy and disclosures, are the entire agreement between us regarding the site.
