What we'd genuinely like to hear about
- Corrections. These get priority over everything else. If something here is wrong, out of date, or misleading, tell us — a link to the source is helpful but not required. We correct on the page with a dated note.
- Questions about a guide. If something didn't land, that's usually our fault and worth fixing for the next reader.
- Topic requests. If there's a mechanic you keep running into and can't find explained properly, tell us. Several of the guides here exist because someone asked.
- Tool bugs. If a calculator returns something that looks wrong, send the inputs you used.
What we can't help with

| Personal portfolio review or advice | We're not registered to give personalised advice and we don't know your circumstances. |
| Paid coverage, sponsored posts, or issuer press releases | We don't accept issuer compensation in any form. See our disclosures. |
| Guest posts with embedded links | We don't publish outside contributions, and link insertion requests go straight to the bin. |
| Anything urgent about a live trade | We're a publication, not a desk. We are not going to reply in time and you shouldn't wait for us. |
Response times
We read everything. Corrections usually get a same-week reply and a same-week fix. General questions may take longer, and we can't promise a response to everything — but we'd rather receive a message we can't answer than miss an error.
